Each Moments to Remember Tribute Fund bears the name of your
loved one, and you can invite family, friends and colleagues to
support the Fund in any way that's right for them. It's a very
special and meaningful way to keep the name, memory and spirit of a
loved one living on.
One of our supporters chose to set up a Tribute Fund in memory
of his grandfather and helped to raise money in a number of
different ways - some more energetic than others!
