100 miles Epic

At 100 miles, the Wiggle Jurassic Classic Epic gives riders the chance to experience a challenging route cycling along the stunning Jurassic Coast World Heritage coastline from Exmouth.

This circular route will take you along the coast, through Budleigh Salterton, Otterton, Beer, Seaton and Lyme Regis before heading inland at Charmouth.

Here you ride through stunning countryside via Axminster, Honiton and Woodbury Common before descending back into Exmouth for the finish.

There are some challenging climbs to test you along the way, Salcombe Hill is one to watch out for!

How to get here+

Road

Only 10 miles from the motorway. M5 at junction 30 at Exeter, turn south on A376 (the Exmouth Road at the 1st roundabout after the motorway by Clyst St Mary) to Clyst St. George and fork left to Exmouth
or
From Exeter City centre (Riverside) take the Topsham Road south for 3 km (2 miles) through the Countess Wear roundabout and 3 km (2 miles) to Topsham and continue by Lympstone to Exmouth

Train

Nearest station: Exmouth
There is a frequent local link between Exeter and Exmouth that takes approximately 30 minutes.

Exeter is easily reached from London Paddington (2.5 hours), Bristol Temple Meads (1 hour) and Birmingham New Street (2.5 hours).

Coach

The National Express coach system covers most of the UK and has a main interchange coach station at Exeter. There is a frequent local bus service between Exeter and Exmouth.
