Walk4life
Walking is a great way to keep fit and healthy so we are asking
people to plan a walk in their local area and get sponsored to
complete your walking challenge.
We have partnered with the Walk4Life website to give you all the tools
you need to set up your walk. You can look for walks that have
already been tested or create your own walk using their walk
builder. If you don't want to do the walk alone you can even join a
group and make some new friends.
Feature Walk

John Fraser decided to organise his own walk around the Isle of
Wight for the first time in 2009. He chose the route in his local
area and put up posters to let people know about the walk and how
they could take part. He had such great support from everyone and
the walk was such a success John decided to make in an annual
event! So far to date John has raised a fantastic £15,490 for the
charity and he is continuing to organise his walk every year.
This year John will be taking on our 10,000 challenge and is
planniing his walk for our Awareness Month in march. On the 25th
March John and all his family and friends will be walking 10,000
yards raising awareness and money along the way.
