Sign up now and remember the lives of 10,000 men who die from prostate cancer every year. Take the 10,000 Challenge and make a difference to thousands of men now and in the future.

Take on your own 10,000 Challenge and get sponsored to help support the men in your lives. You could:

• Skydive 10,000 feet
• Run a 10k in your area
• Walk 10,000 steps
• Raise 10,000 pennies.

Whatever your 10,000 Challenge, do something out of the blue and do it your own way. Dress up like one of the Grand Old Duke's 10,000 men or challenging yourself to the 3 peaks and climbing a total of 10,000ft - do it on your own or in a group; whatever works for you.

• Get fundraising!
