Andy Rogers' Marathon efforts
Andy’s goal for 2008 is to run as many events as he can throughout the year culminating in The New York Marathon. He has completed 3 half marathons so far and has two more to go. He has also set himself 2 time goals. The first one was to do a personal best in a half marathon, and he achieved this in Bath with a time of 1hr 44mins. His second goal is to do less than 4hr 30mins in a marathon - hopefully he will do this in the New York Marathon. We will keep you updated.
Here are the events that Andy has done and will do this year.
- Bath ½ March – completed 1hr 44mins (PB)
- Tewkesbury ½ May – completed 2hr 7mins
- Newark ½ August 10 – completed 1hr 50mins
- Bristol ½ September 14th –completed 2hr 7mins
- Great North Run October 5th – completed 1hr 47mins
