London Marathon runners stories

31 year old Carl Parnell will take to the street of London at the weekend to run his first marathon which he is doing on behalf of The Prostate Cancer Charity. Mr Parnell is running in honour of his father who was diagnosed in September 2008 and is hoping to raise £2000 for the charity. Read Carl’s story.

Barnet manager Ian Hendon and player Lee Harrison are taking part in the marathon this Sunday and are hoping for a good game on Saturday in order to put them in the right frame of mind for the big day on Sunday. Read their story.
