We conquered Ben – May 23rd 2009!

Our team of 15 intrepid trekkers all made it up and down Ben Nevis in about 7 hours. The weather was beautiful at the bottom with blue skies and a light wind so the team were able to enjoy the views on the way up. However, it was snowing at the top but this all added to the challenge and sense of achievement when they reached the top triumphantly. The youngest person in the group was 14 and the oldest was 67 and everybody helped motivate each other throughout the day. At the end there was a well deserved meal and presentation to say thanks to everyone for their hard work. So far our trekkers have raised over £5,000.
