Welcome to the Autumn 2003 edition of Vital!
It's been a fantastic summer for everyone at The Prostate Cancer Charity. We've been able to raise awareness of prostate cancer in new and innovative ways. Our Peeball game and Spunky Monkey campaign have had a huge amount of attention from the press and have successfully helped educate younger men about their prostate glands.
There's plenty more to read about in this issue, but whatever you do, don't miss our article about how exercise can help men with prostate cancer. We've even included a few exercises that will benefit anyone - whatever your age or gender.
