Welcome to the summer 2007 edition of Vital to our all-action edition of Vital. Action is, indeed, vital for us. Whether supporters raise money and awareness through sponsored bike rides, marathons or simply by growing moustaches, every action really does count.
When people and organisations are considering supporting a charity, they rightly ask some challenging questions. Like, 'How do you know you are making a difference?' I explain that we have strong evidence of the impact we are having from our Helpline. Not only that but, this year, we have funded seven crucial research projects which you can read about overleaf.
So your donations and efforts truly are helping us make a real difference. Of course, there’s always more to do, so please enjoy this special edition of Vital, and look out for ways you can play an active part in helping ussupport the men and families affected by prostate cancer.
