The informative and engaging event allowed delegates to share
ideas and hear about new trends in prostate cancer research.
Day 1 saw top scientists
present on hot topics including androgen signalling and predictive
markers. Professor Gail Risbridger closed the day with a keynote
speech on the role of oestrogens in prostate cancer.
Day 2 saw over 300
delegates attend, from men affected by prostate cancer, health
professionals, scientists and the media. Presentations focused on
risk factors and treatment options and extensive Q & As took
place at the end of each session.
