Freephone Helpline Number:
0800 074 8383If you are concerned about, or affected by prostate cancer we are here to talk to you.

Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm
plus late night Wednesday 7pm - 9pm
Calls are free of charge from UK landlines but mobile phone charges may vary.
Calls may be monitored for training purposes, however confidentiality is maintained between callers and The Prostate Cancer Charity. We regret that we are unable to answer queries from overseas visitors, but all of our publications are available on this website to download.
We are the UK’s only nurse-led dedicated prostate cancer Helpline, staffed by specialist nurses. Independent of the NHS, we give reliable, up-to-date, and above all specialist support and information.
You may have a general question about prostate disease or specific questions about diagnosis, treatment, or the impact of prostate cancer. The help we can provide will guide you to the information and support services you may need now or in the future.
We offer callers the opportunity to express their feelings, whether it is anger at diagnosis or relief that someone is there to listen.
The Helpline receives a wide variety of enquiries, and many of our callers will be in touch on more than one occasion, seeking continued support or information as their journey evolves. For many we become a regular point of contact and reassurance.
