How to apply
To apply, you will need to complete our Charity Application Form. The Application Form can be completed and submitted online, you can download it and forward it as an attachment to HR@prostate-cancer.org.uk or you can send it by post to the HR Department, The Prostate Cancer Charity, Cambridge House, 100 Cambridge Grove, Hammersmith, London, W6 0LE.

We would also ask you to complete our Equal Opportunities Monitoring form. This can also be completed online, or sent by email or post with your completed Application Form. It will be separated from your application prior to short listing.
