Pay

Our salaries are:

  • Competitive
  • Affordable to the organisation and justifable to our donors, and
  • Enable us to recruit and retain the staff we need

Working Hours

Full time hours are 37.5 hours/week. There is flexibility to start earlier/later than 9.00 and finish earlier/later than 5 p.m. to fit in with your personal commitments and/or travel, where the nature of the work allows.

We firmly believe that a healthy work life balance is extremely important to ensure we all have sufficient time with our families, friends and to enjoy our leisure activities. We are committed to making the Charity an environment where a healthy work life balance can be maintained.

Holiday

25 days’ holiday per year for full time members of staff, and Public Holidays are in addition. Holiday entitlement is pro-rated for part time members of staff.

Training and Development

There are lots of opportunities to learn – whether from colleagues, a tailored internal or an external course, or from mentoring and we will encourage you to develop and broaden your knowledge and skills. You will be expected to help manage your learning and development and will agree your training and development objectives with your manager as part of your Performance Development Plan.
