What is Get back on track?
Our Get Back on Track service usually lasts around 10 weeks.
During this time you will have four telephone appointments with one
of our Specialist Nurses, and each call will last between 30 to 45
The telephone appointments will aim to support you and help you
make positive changes to your behaviour and lifestyle which should
mean that your fatigue improves over time. Positive changes might
be things like increasing exercise slowly and gradually, increasing

This service was highly commended in 2013 for
The Quality in Care Oncology Awards and was shortlisted
for the Nursing Times Award for cancer nursing.
The service was developed in collaboration with King's College

How do I get involved?

likely to benefit from this service, you can sign up right there
and then. If not, the nurses will help you find the right kind of
support for you.
