Charity Aims

The Charity aims to work with health professionals, to ensure that people affected by prostate cancer have access to best services, treatment options and support and information. Our work with health professionals will focus on:

  • developing the Charity’s role as a key stakeholder in the promotion of best practice in prostate cancer services in the NHS
  • informing health professionals about the Charity so they are aware of our services and support
  • co-ordinating campaigning work, ensuring effective lobbying around prostate cancer health services leading to tangible improvements for patients
  • continuing our work with specialist nurses around the UK
  • working with academic partners to develop educational programmes for health professionals
